Our Story - WP Ltd Waterproofing Specialists in Malta Since 1988
Founded on 8 August 1988 by Paul and William Mintoff, WP Ltd was one of the pioneers of membrane waterproofing in Malta. For over 35 years we've protected thousands of homes and businesses across Malta and Gozo, building a reputation for honest advice, quality materials and work that lasts. Today the company is run by William and his son Dylan, carrying the same family commitment to quality and customer satisfaction into a new generation.
What We Do
We specialise in waterproofing and damp proofing for residential, commercial and industrial properties. From torch-on bituminous membranes and seamless liquid coatings to roof insulation and solar PV, we identify the root cause of each problem and apply the right solution the first time. Whether it's a leaking roof, a damp wall, a cracked balcony or water seeping into a basement, we stop it at the source — before small issues become costly structural damage.
Our Approach
Every job begins with a free on-site survey. We inspect the surface, explain your options in plain terms and provide a clear written quote. After preparing and priming the surface, we install your chosen system to the highest standard and back it with a guarantee — many of our installations outlast their guaranteed lifespan by years.
